Rejected deliveries due to unpaid customs fees are also at the buyer’s expense, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes! We know every body is different and what fits on the top, might not work on the bottom. Our bralettes and briefs are sold separately so you can choose each size that works best for you. We offer free mainland UK postage if you buy your matching set!

We really hope you love your Mesh Cult pieces - but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, with all tags and hygiene labels still attached, and in their original packaging.

Returns are made at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service and keeping proof of postage, as Mesh Cult isn’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We do not offer exchanges due to the limited drop nature. If you'd like to secure an alternative size and it's in stock, just go ahead and order and we'll ship it out to you.
